Call to schedule a appointment and I was told that I was able to schedule appointment for today at 10 o’clock so I think that was pretty reasonable
Waited 3hrs for an alignment and tire rotation. (Service Advisor, Omar Garcia), checked the online service tracker for my vehicle and the status showed to be in "arrival status for 2.5 hours." I decided to ask Omar on the status of my vehicle and showed him the service tracker, his response: "Oh, that doesn't work. ME:" I asked "How much longer?" Omar: Give it 30 mi. Worst of all, he just stared at the computer monitor, with his back to me and didn't acknowledge my presence. After my vehicle was completed, I checked the online service tracker and what a coincidence, all the statuses were checked as complete. My assumption is that Omar, possible other advisors, do not update the tracker status so that advisors can give excuses for longer repair times. Spent $120k on an Ultimate Yukon, just to get xxxxty service, not to mention all of the issues I had with the vehicle when I first purchased the vehicle. This dealership (Beck/Masten South) and Service Department, just plain SUCK.......
I worked with Christian in service and he was phenomenal. He definitely deserves to be in sales, he has a great way of persuading customers to purchase services for their car that will be beneficial to them.

Making an appointment online for service was easy. Also, my request for a particular service advisor was accommodated. Gil compos was friendly and professional. He stated it would be an hour for the alignment. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and after 1.5 hours it was not complete. Gill explained that the service bay was given away to cars with oil changes. It would be another 1 to 2 hours. He did offer an Uber to take me home. I chose to pick up my car the next morning. And it was out and ready for me when I arrived at 7:30 AM.
My vehicle was in this dealership for 67 days in then another 20 + days after the warranty repair was approved. The warranty company called me multiple times because Group1 South service was unresponsive. I came to pickup my vehicle only to find the repair was not done. I asked for the service manager's assistance (Hannah), and she came out of her office, looked at me, then walked away. We gave her the nickname "Hands Off Hannah". I left a message with the GM before I finally got some traction. The people seem nice, but the service I received was unacceptable.
I had an appointment and was seen right away, kindly greeted and service rep was informative. My wait was normal and I was kept abreast of everything being done so my vehicle.
I was able to get a 2026 Buick Encore and everyone that spoke to me was very kind and courteous and very helpful to me.
Awesome as always what else can I say! Even when there’s a problem, a mixup or misunderstand, they’re always quick to fix it😁 I am a deeply satisfied customer, three times over
